3 TOP PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AREAS TO FOCUS ON FOR 2019

#1 IS YOUR HEALTH
There are many areas inside your health to bring your attention to and determine where your main energy and focus will be.

• Brain - The life you have now is because of how you have taken care of your brain.   Learn about how to care for your brain.  
• Physical - The body you have today is the result of your dedication to your physical health.  No surprise here!  You are what you eat and how you move.
• Spiritual - What you believe and the meanings you effects how your life is directed.  Pay attention to unconscious beliefs and start to be intentional about your direction
• Emotional - I believe this can also be part of brain health. Emotional Intelligence is strongly hooked with mental wellness, so it's important we education and understand our emotional selves as well.

#2 IS WEALTH
Inside the wealth category exists many areas where you can feel abundance.  Here are just a few to consider paying attention to this year.

• Relationships - learn how to be in and build healthy relationships.  I recommend stop paying attention to the drama and be a student to learning relationship skills.  Identify the relationships you want to gain and the ones you want to work on.
• Money - Get honest with where you are at and when you set an earnings goal, do the math required to understand what it's going to take to earn that goal.  Always be looking to learn and grow in your relationship with money
• Time - How you make use of your time is so often a waste.  Improvements in the way you utilize your time can promote it's own sense of wealth.

#3 IS AMBITION
A very energized word to use.  You will get mixed reactions so I encourage you to first define this word for yourself.  What you look like being ambitious and what are you doing?
Some content to consider will be;

• Fuel - this is the food that will flame your actions to achieve your goal.  I see ambition as a flame that needs to be kept going.  Define your fuel.
• Direction - this is required in order to sustain ambition or else it will just fade out.  Get clear on your goals, your vision and the steps necessary.  
• WHY - have a very clear understanding as to why you are up to this project, task, goal, dream, etc.  When the challenges hit and they will, having a very impactful why will keep you in the game.
• Engagement - Let others help and support you.  Ask questions, be a great listener and take loads of actions.
