![]() It's a conversation no one is having out loud. Instead, You struggle internally, you remain stuck in old patterns, cycles and ways, You feel unsure and so then you blame your circumstances for not living a life that is filled with a sense of peace, freedom and self expression. You stay in upset, never doing anything to shift where and who you are to where and who you want to be. All in the name of Fear. It's not because you can't. It's because you're not committed. Committed to something larger and more expanded than your present self. Why are you not committed? Because of your fear. Make It Stop! It truly amazes me the amount of people that refuse to invest in their own personal development. I suppose I am biased towards self development as I am immersed in the lifestyle with my own personal journey as well as with my business. I observe people complain and blame their lives away. Talking like life is out of their own control and they got dealt a poor deck of 'life' cards and so they have to live this existence in this poor state. It is a poor state! If you are living this way, you have to know that it is not just affecting your lifestyle and outcomes, it is effecting your health! Its been a burning question for me, "how do some people seem so resilient and consistently content and happy through life while others are in constant upset?" Commitment. A Simple word and yet a challenging one for most. Get committed to a better version of you, get committed to a better life. OR Stay in upset. What Does Getting Committed To Myself Look Like? Getting committed to yourself looks like you blocking time to invest in your own personal growth. It is about you getting clear and making space in your life for your own development and expansion. This can show up in a myriad of ways.
Do I Have To? A lot of people in life will choose to sit back and let life lead them around. They will blame their situation on others and even complain non stop about how bad they have it. This pattern usually leads to poor habits such as no exercise, higher intakes of drugs and alcohol, etc. Which then leads them into health problems. A few people take life on and make conscious choice, take deliberate actions and live feeling fulfilled because they have lived into the possibility of themselves and their life. Real extreme examples of this are individuals who have lived through serious injuries and even with limbs removed or circumstances altered, they choose positivity and move forward in emotional growth and well being. There is no right or wrong, good or bad way to developing yourself. It's your choice. Please, just recognize that it's a choice. Proactive living or Inactive living...it's your choice.
