The combination of variable communication styles and the lack of listening skills is creating a larger detriment than we are admitting!
Companies are complaining of lack of engagement, leaders of miffed at their teams, couples are upset that their not being heard, parents are feeling like they can't get their children to listen. All this complaining...and no action to shift the behaviours or outcomes. Why? Active listening is a trainable skill.
