It is super important in today's times of competition and technology to really make an effort and get a handle on standing out in a crowd.

It has become more evident to me as a business relationship trainer and virtual team coach who facilitates assessments for organizations big and small, that the new applicant must do more than make a fancy looking resume. (nothing against fancy resumes)
If you are lucky enough to have your resume pass through the ATS (application tracking system) and make it through to the other side for a real person to review, you will need more assets then your packaged wording on paper, you'll need to interview well.
Most importantly, you will need to bring a value add to the organization at the interview.
What will you bring?
How can you help the company choose you?
I got to thinking about how to better help the applicant from working with HR staff with their recruiting assessments.
Why should this not be in the hands of job seekers I thought. How valuable would this be for applicants to be better armed and stand out in a truly magnificent way. Thereby assisting company's in choosing a candidate who invests in themselves and offers greater detail about themselves as to their leadership ability, teamwork ability and personal strengths and communication styles.
LUMINA Spark offers the applicant the ability to create strong relevant language inside your resume and gain communication style knowledge of themselves and how to apply that knowledge to speed read others, such as interviewers to improve the communication level within the hiring conversation.
There are so many benefits to using an assessment tool to arm yourself with all the details you would need to engage in an interview.
Why not offer a copy of your LUMINA Spark portrait to the interviewee for review, as your value add?
Talk about standing out!
If you are needing more ways to stand out, do have a look at the PDF mentioned above and start investing in your self, which inevitably is your future too!
As always, I'm here to help in anyway I can
