It has become more evident to me as a business relationship trainer and virtual team coach who facilitates assessments for organizations big and small, that the new applicant must do more than make a fancy looking resume. (nothing against fancy resumes)

If you are lucky enough to have your resume pass through the ATS (application tracking system) and make it through to the other side for a real person to review, you will need more assets then your packaged wording on paper, you'll need to interview well.
Most importantly, you will need to bring a value add to the organization at the interview.

I got to thinking about how to better help the applicant from working with HR staff with their recruiting assessments.  
Why should this not be in the hands of job seekers I thought.  How valuable would this be for applicants to be better armed and stand out in a truly magnificent way. Thereby assisting company's in choosing a candidate who invests in themselves and offers greater detail about themselves as to their leadership ability, teamwork ability and personal strengths and communication styles.
