A Day In The Life of a LUMINA Workshop

What happens in a 1/2 day LUMINA Spark workshop

A popular question when I am approached by companies to bring LUMINA Spark into their organization to help is, "What happens during a 1/2 day LUMINA Spark Intro workshop?"

Because there are so many reasons a company will want to bring LUMINA into their organization, I will start by giving an example of what an intro workshop would look like for those who have never participated in one with LUMINA.

Please note, that the content will vary from company to company and practitioner to practitioner depending on their specialty and what we are brought in to accomplish.

For me, as a business coach and relationship trainer, I facilitate LUMINA workshops from the meta skill of co-creating.  There is no one voice.   Deep democracy is where a team, organization and family will get access to what they are looking to create or accomplish.

NOTE:
The format of the day will be designed to appeal to the different colour energies.  Plenty ofactivities for those with extroverted preferences and reflection and analyzing time for thosewith more introverted preferences.
Suggested timings and activities are not 'carved in stone' and there will be a degree of
