- experience best practices concerning assessment use and interpretation

Qualification 2 Day Agenda
DAY 1 | Experience a Lumina Spark workshop
This highly interactive day will provide you with an inspirational experience using your Lumina Spark portrait in a workshop format. You will experience 'best practices' in facilitating/coaching, with highly effective and proven processes. This will help you generate ideas for you the concepts can be applied in your organization or with your clients.
DAY 2 | Theory and Coaching
We will share the details on the background of the Lumina Spark portrait model to enable you to have complete confidence so that you are able to handle any learner's questions. The links between Jungian psychology and the 'big 5' will be discussed in addition to the latest thinking business psychology. You will practice coaching with fellow learners and share ideas on best practices. You will experience how to use the Lumina Spark card decks and Spark Mat as experiential learning tools. You will gain an understanding of how to use the Splash app on your smartphone and how you can invite others to share in this innovative digital experience.
SPECIFICS OF THE WORKSHOP WILL BE SENT TO THOSE WHO HAVE CHOSEN THEIR LOCATION AND HAVE REGISTERED

Next Steps, Resources and Support after your qualification
Immediately after your qualification you will be required to complete and perform 3 practice Lumina Spark debriefs on friends and family. (NOTE: for CLIENT PRACTITIONERS these are not to be conducted in the workplace)
These will be due within 8 weeks of qualification.

Once your registration with payment is complete (all fees must be received no later than 30 days prior to qualification date)
