![]() You're too fat! You're too skinny! You're too beautiful! You're too ugly! You're not enough! You don't fit in! Your hair is too straight! Your hair is too curly! You've done too many bad things! You don't take enough risks! You have no friends! You have too many friends! You lead! You follow! It's the constant internal negative, never satisfied dialogue that does not allow you to love yourself. Otherwise known as 'the voice in our heads' Never being able to be at peace with who you are is a very unsettling way to live your life. When really and truly it's a simple choice to love yourself for who you are today and know that you have the ability to create and recreate your characteristics as you choose! You just have to learn how. I can tell you it starts by you stop listening to that voice in your head. The one that beats you up, and says things to you that you wouldn't dare say to someone you hardly like. You'd certainly never talk to a friend that way, so why do we talk to ourselves in such a negative way? Doesn't matter why ! It's time to take charge of your voice in your head. You must know, it will never go away and you can simply choose to just not listen to it. Don't react to it's directions, don't give emotions to its thoughts or ramped ideas. You can simply tell yourself....its just a voice. You can appreciate the good and great ideas and decide to take action on them and you can tell the voice that you don't appreciate the negative ones and then move on to a more productive action. Sitting in your thoughts, with the voice that does not serve you takes you nowhere! It certainly won't allow you to live the life you dream! If you find yourself so lost from who you are because you've listened to that voice in your head for too long, or someone else's negative voice. Lumina Spark's questionnaire with my personal coaching can help shed light on a brand new place to start building YOU! A place to begin to LOVE YOURSELF! |
